Wet Felted Cane Beads
December 18, 11-1 |  $30-40 (sliding scale - includes materials)
Making a cane, or felted rope is a satisfying way to make great felted beads. This is also how you can make the ever popular felted sushi. The finished product can be strung into bracelets or necklaces, used as buttons, or kept in one's pocket for luck.

Nuno Felt Scarf
February 26, 1:00-5:00 pm | $45 + $15 materials fee
Nuno Felting is a process of combining wool roving and fine cloth like cotton, silk or poly chiffon. The result is a light and fabulously textured textile. Great for beginners.

Felted Slippers 
January 22. 2012, 11:00-4:00 pm | $55 + $15 materials fee
Learn to make slippers using a plastic resist as the pattern. Stuents will come away with one completed pair of slippers and the know-how to make more for any sized foot. Suitable for adventurous beginners or those with some felting experience.

 


Simple Felted Handbag
January 28, 2012, 1:30-5:30 pm | $45 + $15 materials fee
Make a simple and elegant felted handbag out of wool roving. You'll learn how to use a plastic resist to felt a seamless vessel---no side sewing required! For beginners or those with some felting experience.

Needle Felted Desserts
February 9, 5:30-7:30 pm | $35 + $15 materials fee
Make a sweet for your sweetheard this Valentines Day! Using needle felting techniques, we'll create beautiful and intricate desserts inspired by Japanese felting books.
