Our terms

1 - Payment Terms: PenFelt Studio accepts credit card payments via Square, checks or ACH transfer. Card payments incur a 4% swipe fee.
2 - Participant Count:
When booking: provide an estimated headcount at the time of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit based on this estimate is due at this time.Three weeks prior to event: Maximum group size must be finalized at this time. The final invoice will be adjusted based on final group size. If group size increases after reservation is made, PenFelt Studio will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the increase. No refunds will be given for a reduction in headcount.
3 - Attendance Policy: No refunds will be issued for confirmed participants who do not attend. Additional participants beyond the confirmed count will be charged at the per-person rate specified in the invoice.
Once a workshop date has been made and the deposit is paid, PenFelt Studio is under no obligation to accommodate a date change and will issue no refunds.
4 - Cancellation policy: If the client wishes to reschedule, and PenFelt Studio can arrange an accommodation, the client is responsible for a $500 date-change fee.

5 - Materials and Supplies: All workshop materials are included in the per-participant fee.
6 - Liability Waiver: PenFelt Studio is not liable for any injuries sustained during workshop activities.
7 - Intellectual Property: Workshop concepts, methods, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of PenFelt Studio. Participants may keep their completed projects.
8 - Photo/Video Permission: PenFelt Studio reserves the right to photograph/record the workshop for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
9 - Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
